Not a competitive pay. Company does not try to keep the employers. People's turnover is really high.

Good culture, great people, social drinking, fun, all about who you know. Some very clever people working in BUs.

Cons

Limited salary increases, always being told to cut budgets. But personally seem to be pretty shielded from anything seriously annoying or frustrating.
