Decent benefits. Somewhat easy to get days off.

Cons

Slow shifts, unclear direction, constant focus on store needs above personal needs. Little to no room for growth. Surprisingly low pay, minimum wage or a tiny bit over that at best.

Pros

Diversity is big with NEXCOM. I have coworkers from all walks of life. This may not be the case for all, but my work environment is very relaxed and fun. Almost everyone gets along and I actually enjoy going to work each day.

Cons

Pay, pay, pay. If this was my only source of income, I’d be screwed. Unless you’re RFT or RPT you don’t accrue much leave each month.
