Pros

Most ofthe people you get to work with here are amazing and make your day bearable. The benefits are great.

Cons

The pay is relatively low compared to the outside market. The environment can get toxic and there is a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" atmosphere which can be detrimental to your work performance.
