Pros

Customers are great and everyone working in the store is always friendly.

Cons

The scheduling system is not good because it does not take into account the work needed to be done on certain days so coverage is not good at times.

good benefits nice work climate, CAC card

Cons

don't ever work flat rate as a Technician there, base pay is $0 so no customers no money no benefits. If you have to care for a family, you're doomed. A lube tech will make more money than a highly skilled master technician. Its a NAF job but you can only switch to Navy NAF jobs if you move.
