Pros

Benefits, advanced scheduling. Union standards protect workers from discrimination and harassment. Secure facilities on military bases. Works well for those who need job security.

Cons

Management and supervisors are a hit and miss. Some have no clue how the rules and federal laws work in a workplace

Pros

Teamwork and comradery were a positive experience. Most managers were great people, and only a couple sought to advance their careers at the expense of others.

Cons

Compensation was below par, and advancement opportunity was nonexistent.
