Pros

-Very flexibles work environment. -Everyone respects you. -You develop great communications skills and enhance your vocabulary proficiency writing reports etc.. -For the most part, colleagues were great people to work with, helped you a lot as you start out. Location: 32nd Street NAVY Exchange

Cons

-Colleagues could be too competitive to the point it gets annoying. (It not a sales job) -There's ghost quotas that are not mentioned BUT it is expected of you to meet. -If you mess up you will be an ear full. -Not a lot of leniency for newbies. -Pay could be better for the amount you do. -Have to have great typing and English proficiency. Location: 32nd Street NAVY Exchange
