I wouldn't recommend but it's better than nothing

Pros

They have good benefits and although I listed cons, it's tolerable if you're able to make the best of what you have.

Cons

You don't get paid enough for the work load. Managers and supervisors feel superior for treating associates poorly. You have to do all the work while managers/supervisors just sit there. You get written up for every little mistake. They don't really train you on your job they only show you how to use the registers and customer service but the you are on your own for being knowledgable on products. Lots of gossip and drama in the store even amongst managers and supervisors which seems really unprofessional to me. Security is really strict which is good but they watch you like a hawk. It can be a depressing work environment especially since they treat you like you're in jail or something.

Pros

Located on a military installation so it's not as crowded as other locations.

Cons

The pay isn't that great and they sometimes have you work 7 days in a row depending on manning.
