Easy work and the pay is average. I love being able to give a service to military and retired vets The customers are awesome!

Cons

Too much scrutiny over petty things. Favoritism Hard to advance in your job.

The navy exchange is focused on giving back to the military community not only through there retail services, but also by giving all profit to the mwr to help military members and their families

Cons

Salaries could be a bit more competitive. Like any company there are flaws, but they strive to make it the best work environment they can

This job is not going away as long as we have a navy. You can earn a lot of time off.

Cons

The pay is not very good. I only left because I wanted a job that pays more.
