Pros

Very customer oriented. Freedom to make executive decisions in certain customer situations. I felt appreciated and valued as an employee where I worked. The other employees were great too. Loved my job!

Cons

Working for other departments was a horrendous experience. As a cashier they try to micro-manage you to the point where you just want to break down and cry. They are all about team work yet the supervisors like to play the power card and barely acknowledge you as a human being. However, as a receptionist in the beauty salon and Spa everything was different. No complaints there :)
