Pros

Cool people to work with and customers are respectful. Management cares and will work with your schedule. Great spot for students/part time employment.

Cons

Gets super busy around the holidays but what retail store isn't during that time.

Room for Growth, But too Bureaucratic

Pros

-they prefer to promote within -easy to get time off -increase in pay every few years -lots of different cultures work here

Cons

-can be very cliquish -workers frequently marry/date management, which causes friction -it's nearly impossible to get fired -you are required to take back ALL merchandise, practically. No matter how long it's been since the customer had it and (clearly) wore it or used it.
