Pros

International travel, learn to diversify your management style to accommodate different cultures. Money is decent, benefits are outstanding. While it is not for everyone, if you are a self starter and open minded, what you will be able to accomplish on a worldwide basis and the memories that you will accumulate will make it a true working adventure.

Cons

Working in an overseas location and relying on governmental transportation methods for logistical movement of freight can sometimes be extremely frustrating. If you are one to get homesick, this is not recommended for you. Must be open minded as to cultural differences and always remember that you are a guest in a foreign land.
