Pros

Interesting product problem. Freedom to build from scratch. Strong engineering talent. Competitive comp.

Cons

Unstable, restructures can end roles with little warning regardless of performance. Strategy shifts frequently. Management maturity is low, so expect to fight for a seat at the table

Too much mess, it doesn't worth it

Pros

Great conditions and career opportunities. And because the company is experiencing hypergrowth right now, it will be a stable workplace in terms of job security.

Cons

The company is in a big mess (because of the hypergrowth), which brings a lot of cons. First, there's a horrible work-life balance. They expect you to work 24/7, and you'll basically have no life. Also, the direction is not clear most of the time, and it seems that the management doesn't know what they want (alongside the fact that the company is hiring inexperienced managers). So the chaos continues , and it will take time until they become an organized corporation. Until then, the employees are the ones who are going to suffer. My recommendation is to stay away, because your soul is more important than money (which probably will go on therapist's after working in this company)

Pros

Hyper growth, good career growth prospects and very impressive people. Nebius is a very exciting place to work right now with growth opportunities everywhere. Customers are responding well to how the business is positioning itself in the market and the Nvidia relationship is getting closer by the day. Sales leadership is excellent and the lack of ego's in the org is truly refreshing. Strong marketing function and budgets are generous allowing for impressive events and lots of freedom. Nebius is an excellent place to work and anyone offered a position here has done well as the bar is getting higher and higher to get in.

Cons

Hiring very fast so processes are being formed on the fly which could be frustrating for someone that is not flexible, self starter and/or coming from a rigid corporate background.
