Bad management, overworking the best employees and when it is busy, they will have you work for 6 days of the week.

Great for college students that still live with their parents. A good 1st type of job.

Cons

Poor compensation, they were always looking to cut people's hours to keep them part-time and avoid offering benefits. If you are an hourly paid employee, you are worthless to this company.
