Ample training is given to new hires, and management goes up and beyond to try to make everyone feel like they're part of the team. Pay is about par for the professional local market, and the managers are not overbearing or expect anyone to go over and beyond what is normally expected. For those who are willing and want to go over and beyond their normal duties, they try to recognize the extra effort and allow you to take on the extra responsibilities if you want, so there's room to advance if that's what you want to do, and put forth the effort. The company seems like it's in good financial shape, and will be around for a long time in the future. They will be soon relocating and consolidating the workforce into one nicer building, so everyone will be under one roof, in a nicer working environment. The attitudes of most all the employees is positive, and most all managers make strides to insure that workers are happy and a sense of team cooperation is prevalent on their teams. The HR committees are very creative in coming up with fun and interesting ways to celebrate the holidays, special occasions, get together's, employee and family outings, and other small 'surprise' occasions during the year. Holidays are often greeted with an interesting special 'surprise' or extra token of appreciation. And did I mention that they always have free fruit for whoever wants it during the week, and free pizza and beer once a month?
