      Pros

      Plenty of work and job security. Very nice office and friendly group if you play their game.

      Cons

      Horrible pay structure. Not based on experience, ability, or job title. All over the place and they pay as little as possible in order to keep you. Very conservative and religious. Prayers before meetings. Go big with your initial pay negotiation because you will be stuck there for a while.

      Interesting work, good communication when starting

      Cons

      45 hour work week, fewest number of paid holidays of any company I have worked for, lack of communication on reviews, lack of raises even when told I had made the company "a lot of money"
