Pay, benefits, & PTO suck!!! Work life balance is poor. Limited career opportunities unless you're in the good ole boy network. Company culture is not collaborative, engaging, or transparent!!

Decent pay, no one breathing down your neck, and you get out and about.

Cons

Local management inept and on power trip. You must work at least 12 hr. day to make enough money to survive.
