Pros

Great culture and benefits. 100% health insurance paid, fair pto and learning opportunities

Cons

Career growth is very slow and they don't focus just on your results and performance. if you are not there for X amount of years or know someone from the border, it is hard to get promoted. Not a great pay but a good entry level job which was not supposed to be entry level due all the responsibilities.

Cons

Very minimal training. The only way to learn anything new is by being required to do it and then asking someone to help.
