Pros

This is a great company to work for to receive a check. And yes, they use white collar and blue collar to refer to their employees, and treat them accordingly.

Cons

The Dallas location has a core group of people who benefit from things staying the same. These people would not exceed at a company with proper policies and procedures. Experienced professionals come and go leaving the core group of old-timers there to clean up making them indispensable. So every time someone new comes in to get things on track, they are quickly forced out and things remain the same.
