Pros

Some of the European colleagues (old legacy Nefab) were great to work with; very professional and smart people.

Cons

This company has a huge turnover of employees! People either get fired or leave because they see no opportunity for career advancement. Salaries are OK with the end year bonus structure. Their core product is a hard sell and the company is struggling to make money. No transparency; unprofessional senior management; no understanding of the local market and how to compete with other packaging companies.

Pros

Nefab is not a GM or GE where you have 27 layers of hierarchy above you. If you are driven and really want to peruse something chases are great that you will be able to. Good performance as well as bad is noticed. Extremely Global company, if you are willing to move there are usually possibilities to work in other countries.

Cons

Due to the flat organization career paths are limited, at least in each location.
