Salary is decent, 1000€ per month, birthday celebrations

Dirty enviorment, air is full of particles, bad communication, very rude and unprofessional staff mostly, physically very exhausting job, everyone keeps eye on you so you have to work hard for 2 hours then 10 min pause and so on..., if you go to break 2mins earlier then you already have a problem...., shifts are 1.week 6.00am-14.30pm, 2.week 14.30-23.00

The Swedish management style makes for a very flat organization. Management is responsive, clients and business is global.

Cons

On boarding requires you to be very self driven as everyone is too occupied to fully bring you on board unless you have an opportunity that they need to help you to win.
