      Company is family owned and reasonably employee oriented

      Cons

      Constant reorganizations make sales growth difficult. They are struggling with adapting European products and management to a US market and culture

      Pros

      Strong knowledge base at production level. Has a competitive advantage in areas that are close to production facilities.

      Cons

      Doesn't know what it wants to focus on, so really struggling. Has a real strength in the market, but thinks it can be a me too company, and doesn't know how to do it. No chance for advancement from the inside. Poor management. European style marketing and management not successful in US.

      Some of the international colleagues were superb to work with. Good experience working for an international organisation

      Cons

      Very insular, almost nepotism with who got promoted and got ahead. Poor Senior Management practices. Very male dominated.
