Neighbor's culture is radically transparent and completely trusting. Everyone's opinion is valued regardless of job title or time at the company

Cons

When you work with such great people it can be a little tricky at times to stay focused on work

Growing startup, exciting product. The things you do/work on here have a direct impact on the product and the growth of the company. Competitive pay.

Cons

It's a young startup, so there are growing pains. Also, sometimes you have to put in long hours to get your stuff done (not crazy long hours like a silicon valley startup, tho).
