Pros
Very solid training program extensive and personal. Very transparent on earning potential and you get to do parts of training with Owner and other high ups. The show you exactly how to succeed in the company. Which then it’s up to you to follow the blueprint
Cons
Walking into business can be a little daunting at first but it gets easier after a day or 2 and takes a bit to get ramped up a week or 2 to build a solid pipeline. But they do have a base salary to get going.
