Pros

Professional, and enthusiastic about hospitality as a whole

Cons

Management can be very clique-y and often times you can feel unwanted/left out if you aren’t part of the inner social/political circle

Pros

This company values and takes care of its employees like no other. The benefits are amazing. You can grow your knowledge and experience. Management and Chefs are very levelheaded and talented. I have never felt more confident and supported by a team than this shop.

Cons

Clientele is 99% tourists. Many are hammered and do not know what they are walking into, which can be challenging.
