Pros

NDG gave me the a fantastic education on southern cuisine, wine and spirits. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. Benefits are great. Never had a serving job with PTO before. Can't recommend highly enough

Cons

18 hour doubles are tough, but lucrative.
