I am surprised by the rating on Glassdoor because I feel like Neighborly is a forward-thinking, open to remote work, team-oriented company who truly cares about their employees. I've had a wonderful experience so far. Although I'm remote, I feel like I am a valued part of the team. The leadership (VP level) is in constant communication and everyone above me has been sure to let me know their door is open whenever I have questions or concerns. My manager is also very collaborative, fun, and encouraging. I feel like I really hit the jackpot with Neighborly and I am excited to be a part of this team for a long time to come, as well as the growth and success of the company. The benefits are great as well!
