Cult like is an understatement, they say one thing and do another. The care about one thing and one thing only, the bottom line.

Cult-like hypocrites

Pros

They are one of the biggest companies in town, but that's not saying much for a city so small. They have a nice campus and maintain it well.

Cons

They spend a lot of time chanting their mission statement and core values, but the minute you walk away from a meeting, they force you to break those values. They have poor opportunity for growth laterally, or vertically. Nepotism is rampant. If you don't have the right last name, don't expect fair treatment.
