Pros

They are big on people getting IT Certifications. Work hours and work from home options are nice.

Cons

Role is really designed for a DevOps minded person. They have implemented IAC using Terraform which in my opinion doesn't benefit this companies IT.

Pros

Our culture puts people first, unites us around a common goal, and is focused on the customer. We have fun, but we also expect excellent work. It is full of authentic people who care about you as a person. If you email top management, you'll get a response in minutes. Managers pour themselves into you, guiding you on the right path to improve your skills. Results are important. But how you treat people in achieving those results is even more important. Our managers are honest, trustworthy, and have our backs. They put the team first. Together we hone our decision-making skills and confidence. I'm a better person for working at Neighborly.

Cons

I would like to be paid more. But I understand that the business also wants to keep costs down so that we continue to grow. The benefits are pretty good. The health insurance is expensive, even for a high deductible. But that is probably the same elsewhere.

None to list after 6 months of onboarding.

Cons

It is absolutely deplorable that we are paying Clarity every month for phones that are not working. If the phones don’t work, we can’t get business yet this is your preferred vendor of service. When asked for reimbursement for the past five months, not one person wants to be responsible. Everyone from Aire Serve to Neighborly, to Clarity keeps passing the buck. If you have the opportunity to open a franchise please choose another business entity.
