Over the past couple of years, since the new MD was appointed, Neighbourly UK has been through a period of conspicuous positive change. A number of things that had previously just been talked about are now getting done and at pace. The result is a much more professional approach to the way we work and support the franchisee networks. Towards the end of 2020 we moved to a new HQ Office in Brackley. This provides a much nicer working environment with ample parking and better facilities than the previous office in the centre of Banbury. The company had previously talked about moving, now the senior management have invested heavily to make it happen and we have a first-class HQ to work in. Communication has improved. Employees views are sought through surveys and employees are kept informed through formal and informal channels. US parent company also keeps us informed. I am confident that Neighbourly UK will continue to grow and be a great place to work

*Good working environment *Company are always looking for ways to develop both their employees and business *Good people *Lovely new office * Supportive senior management I have worked for the company for nearly 3 years and work directly for the Finance Director. I have a great relationship with both him and the team within which I work. I find them supportive, approachable and always happy to help and answer any questions I have. In the past 18 months I feel like the business has improved and that more effort towards employees has been put in by senior management. They treat people fairly and people at any level can walk into the Managing Directors office and ask him a question and he will always give people his time. Overall I really enjoy working here and look forward to the future at Neighbourly.
