Pros

Flexible schedule, fully remote, good base pay, good incentives and bonus opportunities.

Cons

Work life balance is tough, but that does come with the role. It’s harder to step away working from home. The benefits are also really expensive and the initial vacation is not the best and does not increase for 5 years.
