NP Digital truly rewards hard work, grit, and determination. I've received many promises in my career, never have those promises been fulfilled so quickly than by the Leadership at NPD. Over the last year I've seen a growing culture of parallel development, where employees are encouraged to explore secondary functions as long as their primary responsibilities are delivered. If you see an opportunity to develop a new service that will bring value to the company, then you'll find plenty of support and encouragement to bring your vision to fruition!

Cons

Lots of work, high expectations, and great attention to detail. But would you want to work for an organization with standards less than that?
