Good people from the good culture carried over by the previous company before getting acquired by NPDigital. You get to learn fast from supportive teammates and demand for excellence.

Cons

Top management isn't located in KL so they lack the visibility to the actual works and challenges that the team is facing. Workload has been multiplied because skyrocketing churning rate isn't replaced by enough new hiring, so burnout is a constant and people continue to resign 1 by 1.
