      Pros

      Neil Patel knows his stuff. Great name recognition. Some super friendly good-hearted people. Generally a positive outlook.

      Cons

      They use Neil's name to sell overpriced, often outsource services. The management is learning as they go. As many sales people as people who service clients. Over promise under deliver. Very high turn-over rate.

      - Great company culture - Hustler mindset - Team that figures things out without needing their hands held - Fast growth - Great team of top-tier professionals - Great leadership - Tons of opportunities for growth

      Cons

      - Growing so fast that team isn't big enough --- in the process of hiring lots of new people so this isn't really a "con" but more a challenge that is being taken care of now

      - really fun atmosphere, brand new office - very smart and collaborative colleagues - opportunity to work within a really cool, innovative brand - leadership cares about employees - lots of autonomy and ownership over your work - dynamic, engaging roles with unlimited career growth potential - leadership has strong business acumen, feel very confident about continued growth - entrepreneurial energy - excellent comp and benefits: - Free parking downtown! - company paid healthcare premiums - gym on-site, personal trainer once a week - 401K with 4% matching and immediate vesting - free food in office :) - really great culture - fun events, lunch and learns, leadership Q&As keep us all connected - I'm so excited to see where we'll be in a year or 5 and thankful I was able to join early to be able to say I was part of that

      Cons

      It is fast paced, and not everyone thrives in that type of environment. I love it, time flies by and you get so much done each week. You have to feel comfortable knowing it's a growing agency and there is still a lot in progress, but that also means there are a lot of opportunities to dive into projects and impact the business in ways you would never be able to in a more matrixed and established organization.
