- good team members and supportive - able to learn lots of new knowledge - snacks & coffee machine

Cons

- typical agency with waterfall management - pizza party won't solve or mask management issues - one person wearing multiple hats - one person taking tons of projects/clients with tons of deliverables per client - promotions and increments are almost non-existent

Termination was sudden and without any warning or discussion No opportunity to respond to allegations Used outdated LinkedIn profile and Google Drive logs as “evidence” No internal HR investigation or process followed May salary released only after several follow-ups (on June 22) No empathy shown despite my family relocation for this role Global team was unresponsive and avoided any accountability
