Interview Cons & Lack of Accommodation

The woman assisting in the training portion was super sweet & understanding. I appreciated her guidance throughout the time I was there.
Cons
From the start, the interview process was messy. There was a consistency of being late for the interview although I was always on time. Additionally during the interview stages, neither asked regarding pre planned vacations and simply my availability during a week to week basis. When I was hired & going through the training process, the senior manager who manages scheduling finally asked regarding pre planned vacations. I couldn’t voice this earlier considering it wasn’t asked in the interview & even communication with my interviewers was like sending messages to a black hole. When I was asked regarding this during my first day, I voiced my vacation plans which occur during the holiday season. The manager said they’ll work on scheduling me & work around the schedule. The next day, I was fired due to their inability to accommodate me. I understand the inconvenience of my schedule but they did not hesitate to let me go even though they failed to make it clear from the start. Management is messy, and the interview process is not serious at all.
