      Pros

      Sample sales even though leadership and HR still get the most luxury designer clothes and lie about it. Great name to have on your resume

      Cons

      It’s a rich guys & girls club. You will never make it anywhere in leadership unless you are already wealthy and come from a good background. Most of leadership is white male demographic as well.

      - Entertaining - Unique Coworkers & Clients - Fun Lifestyle - Small Perks & Prizes - Can be good money if in the right department - Beautiful Christmas displays & book - Some really amazing team members & managers

      Cons

      - Dramatic, petty, favoritism - Nasty attitudes if working on a commission scale - Keeps negative longtimers around which brings everything down - Clings to the old-school NM way instead of evolving - Corporate seems to give the run around on hiring or promotions
