      Pros

      - Use of NMG technology to help you do your job - Flexible hours (depending on manager) - Room for growth if you exceed your goals and ask for constant feedback from your managers.

      Cons

      - Lack of support in certain aspects of growth in your role - Focus on only top performers without giving others the same attention - Elitist personalities in the store. Just because to sell to rich people doesn't mean you can treats others so lowly

      Pros

      Their are no pros to speak of at this company anymore. It used to be a great company to work for but the work force has declined rapidly in the past few years. Your just a number!!!

      Cons

      Discrimination at its highest level. If your a good worker they use you and abuse you in every way. All you hear all day long is foul language! Their are very few employees with more than a couple years seniority. And seniority means nothing at all. Find another job, they promise the world and deliver nothing.

      Remote work, lovely coworkers, solid W/L balance

      Cons

      Terrible benefits including PTO and healthcare. They really need to work on this. Additionally, the perks offered weren't great. 30/30 was nice but you can only get this perk if you go in store. You cannot do it online.
