Pros
One of the best things NMG offers is good healthcare. For a long time things like hearing aids were considered cosmetics. Now they have coverage of 80%-20%, which for something like hearing aids is fantastic. The people are very nice for the most part. The executives in the building are engaging. The training received will vary on the people.
Cons
NMG overall does not treat their web site and the facility that runs it as the future. Maybe it's a generational thing. The building is old, the technology used on a daily basis is often older versions of the software, because money obviously. Although online profits continue to rise, when outside executives visit or people get assigned to online location while upgrades or other things are being done to their building, it is considered a downgrade. They also under pay and hardly encourage growth. There are people who work on the phones their entire life and if they never ask about any other open position, the company feels content. They also need to check their morals. I have had encounters with intoxicated customers where I was encouraged to take advantage of them.
