      Fantastic discount Most other salespeople are nice and tend to care about each other Fewer snobby clients than other places I've worked

      Cons

      Upper management is totally clueless and out of touch Management doesn't really care about you unless you're a top salesperson (from a person that was a top salesperson) Company was very poorly managed for years and it has been showing heavily in recent years Lack of consistency with management Lack of training for sales people Lack of desire to keep turnover low Lack of desire for management to think outside of the box

      Slightly above market pay, Neiman Marcus discount

      Cons

      Extreme turnover every month(Manager turnover too), lack of communication within corporate structure, does not want hard working individuals. Promotions are an increase of $1.60 per hour for identical role every other year. If you want to develop and advance you will find yourself stagnant and stuck within 6 months. NM looks for individuals who only want to do the bare minimum. Employees cut corners which in turn produces more issues going forward.

      Discount on food at the Neiman Marcus resturant (which wasnt much)

      Cons

      No reasonable discounts on clothes, rude, harassing coworkers, HR never did anything about that, pay was abysmall for the hours and work I put in
