      Pros

      I love my clients, I love the products we have, and I enjoy sharing my expertise and styling clients from head to toe.

      Cons

      Favoritism and cliques are huge issues among the entire store, and there is little to no adherence to or enforcement of company policies. I don't feel important or valued in my position here, and there aren't opportunities for growth. Plus, managers aren't willing to try resolve major recurring problems/conflicts with other associates. It's a very toxic work environment overall.
