Good perks, good atmosphere, high standards, nice people to work with. There is a good structure in the credit and cash handling.

Cons

Isolated from the other departments. The atmosphere can get overwhelming with the commission based competition out on the floors sometimes.

HR don't care about your feelings, management don't train correctly. Managers have favorite. Mangers talk down to you, a toxic environment.

Pros

Great work family, love the customers. You can make a lot of money depending on what department you are in. They do a lot of nice things for their employees like a Christmas breakfast and BBQ's in the summer. The morning meetings are very informative and keep you updated with the latest in events/products.

Cons

very hard to work on commission only with a "draw" of only $8, with online shopping becoming more and more popular the only departments that will survive are cosmetics and personal shopping/high end departments.
