Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay in the $20 range. Pleasant working conditions, clean store, great visuals, help with stock, good housekeeping staff, store was well maintained.
Cons
There is tons of pressure to meet sales goals. Some in department were hourly and others straight commission. There was a lot of tension between employees. Managers are tense. One of my managers was the WORST in all of my years of working. I ended up working most weekends including Sundays and most holidays.
