      Best retail schedule and great benefits.

      Pros

      Best retail schedule. No late hours working. 2 Sundays and 1 Saturday off a month (plus, I usually take an additional Saturday off). Paid sick leave and PTO. Generous discount.

      Cons

      Much slower work environment than other department stores I have worked in. You have to really work to build your clientele.

      Pros

      Exciting Product, Interesting vendors, for the most part great people to work with that have a ton of quirks and interesting personalities and you kind of live in a twisted reality with the level of product and spending power of customers you cater to!

      Cons

      Somewhat set in old ways, hard to break the mold with some business models. Somewhat slow to get an idea off the ground with all of the bureaucracy. Compensation could be better. Lack of upward mobility once you reach a certain level, rather small company once you get to mid tier management, not a lot of room for growth.

      Pros

      Benifits are pretty good and there is not a lot of Micro managing. Hours are much better than most retail stores.

      Cons

      Return rates are rediculous, zero return policy with chargebacks to employees up to one year after they sell an item. Average return rate is thirty to forty percent per pay period...very depressing when returns are out of associates control. Very hard to make a decent paycheck.
