      Pros

      People were really great to work with. Everyone was a proud partner in the company. At this time there was a lot of emphasis on people. Training was good and support was always there to learn more.

      Cons

      C-Suite executives did not always have the employees best interest at heart. Too much emphasis on bottom line profit and their own bonus checks. They lost the ability to see that if y ou take care of your people they will take care of everything else.

      Great people, amazing discount, time-off

      Cons

      High pressure environment, stressful, never ending push to deliver more business. Very little conversation of career development or advancement. I never saw a manager promoted in the two years at the store. There were never any conversations of career advancement and development. Felt more like a job than a career. The best managers left to accept roles with competitors or vendors. Bonus program was completely cut off and there were no annual merit increases.

      Benefits are good. Being around fashion is nice. The discount is a nice bonus. Fast paced environment always creates a challenge ensuring you're never bored.

      Cons

      Inconsistency in the way the company is run. No one takes accountability for flawed systems on a corporate level, which is frustrating at store level.
