Pros

So wildly inclusive. As a queer person, I’ve never felt more comfortable being my authentic self in that sense, in a work environment.

Cons

Management can really make or break your experience. But that’s to be expected anywhere. Lack of communication from corporate to store in regards to visuals. It’s like pulling teeth to get info. Also, it’s sink or swim when you start. No training or assimilation. You just gotta dive in.

Pros

Discount, 30/30 etc discounts, meetings, trying to network, events, big store, constant stimulation, looks good on a resume, helped me get my management job where I am now.

Cons

At the end of the day you’re just a number, lack of diversity on level 2 & 3, lack of answered questions by management, bullying for the first few months for no reason, fake people, negativity, the draw from commission, high turnover whining by employees, toxic and hostile workplace, I literally was depressed & drained going to work in Northpark from the environment & BS from this place.
