Pros
Though over worked and underpaid, most employees (other than upper management) are great people to work with.
Cons
Horrible work/life balance. Most everyone is over worked and under paid. This creates an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Due to the volume of work it makes it very difficult for otherwise successful people to excel at their jobs. Everyone is covering their own and throwing others under the bus in order to preserve their position. Recognition is sparse and ineffective especially when not backed up by an increase in pay.
