Pros
Good benefits with follow up from the Human Resource department. As a manager, not asked to invest too many hours. Nice environment to work in.
Cons
With brick and mortar going extinct, the numbers of new clientele is dwindling. As a food and beverage manager, there is less and less opportunity to advance and often the store executives are not knowledgeable in the hospitality industry.
