The management is not very good and HR isn't very supportive of the employee rather bias towards the managers. I've never worked for a company so unorganized and poorly run. I will say the store manager is great but unfortunately department managers not so much.

It's a horrible place to work. They are only interested in stats and care nothing for service or the employee. You are expected to read new promotions and updates on your own time. They expect you to immediately get on the phone the minute your shift begins. Also, if you are late, it counts against you as much as being absent, so it's better to call out that you are going to be absent then call and let them know you are going to be late. They use a computer system (1980s) that makes it very difficult for you to assist the customer.
