      Pros

      The discount at the company was wonderful. The employees were professional sellers for the most part. The customers were sophisticated and cordial.

      Cons

      The senior management of the company has lost sight of the mission and how to operate. There are measurements for everything and you never seem to be doing a good job, unless top line growth is in place.

      Pros

      Amazing clothes, great people to work with. There is always a truck show or event taking place. If you are someone that loves fashion, this is the place you want to be.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. There is no push for advancement in the back of the house. You have to take things into your own hands if you want to move up in the company. Job can become very monotonous. Most of the management is clueless so it pays to be a self starter.
