Pros

The company provided reasonable benefits for full time employees. Pay WAS better than most retail positions that aren't commission based.

Cons

Due to change in management, store and company wide, the company has declined drastically by financial means and quality personnel. Company can't keep up with its reputation and customer demands for high end merchandise. Company no longer wants to show value of its employees by fair financial compensation and cut down to part time and layoffs. Management does not have any compassion for their employees and has been known to play favorites. Watched a great company with potential and values turn to a failing company that you lose pride in admitting you worked for.

Pros

Work at home, decent sales commissions if you are able to sell some of their products.

Cons

Needs upgrade on website, rich and really rude customers think they are really on top of you!
